Team Placement auditions
We are looking for dancers ages 6yrs-18yrs to create MANY different competition teams at various commitment levels. We love to offer the experience and benefits of participating on a team: leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, friendship, passion, and fun to many dedicated dancers. Dance is an art form that requires confidence, strength, courage, technical skills, musicality, perseverance, knowledge, performance quality, acting, flexibility, and so much more! This OPEN CALL AUDITION is our preferred dance audition process, where the majority of our dancers audition and are placed from. We do offer make-up placements in August for those dancers unable to attend our team placement auditions during AUDITION WEEK. Throughout the course of the week, dancers will wear audition numbers and have classes in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, and Contemporary/Improv. Students will dance in a variety of sized groups and receive feedback and tips along the way! It's a wonderful week to learn, grow, and DANCE!
**Competition Teams are constructed based on their audition and the families' desired level of commitment.
Commitment Levels
*Weekly Class Work: 4hrs/wk to 12hrs/wk.
*Competition/Conventions: 2 to 6 events (competition cities Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, St Louis) *National or Regional commitment.
Audition pricing
8th to 12th grade placements audition: 5:00pm to 7:30pm (Monday thru Thursday) $165.00
5th to 7th grade placement audition: 2:15pm to 4:45pm (Monday thru Thursday) $165.00
3rd to 4th grade placement audition: 12:30pm to 1:45pm (Monday thru Thursday) $95.00
K to 2nd grade placement audition: 12:30pm to 1:45pm (Monday thru Thursday) $95.00
